AIRPORT-PASS REVOCATION-PROCESS FOR EMPLOYEES WHO RESIGN

Airport pas of employees who have resigned, shall be returned to the Airport Authority Office Region I to be revoked legality.

Institution/company is required to register the revocation in APMS application from menu "Revocation Submission"; then submit the airport passes along with the written request/letter (Request of Revocation for Airport Pass) addressed to the Head Office of the Airport Authority Office Region I.

After the revocation request/letter and those cards/passes are received by us, the revocation will be further processed. Airport Passes that have been proposed to be revoked can be monitored in APMS application.

Please note that without a written letter and airport passes/cards delivery, such airport passes can not be revoked and are counted in overall number (quota) of airport passes of institution/company.
